What is laser engraving and what is it used for?
Laser engraving is a process that permanently marks, cuts into or textures a surface using a laser beam. It's used to engrave logos, text, QR codes and serial numbers onto industrial parts, tooling and personalized products.
Which materials can you laser engrave or cut?
We work with a wide range of metals (stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium, tool steel, anodized aluminum) as well as non-metals (wood, MDF, acrylic, leather, rubber, paper, cardboard, cork, glass, ceramics, stone and plastic).
What's the difference between fiber, UV and CO₂ lasers?
Fiber lasers are used for engraving and deep engraving of metals. UV lasers enable precise micro engraving of plastic, glass, ceramics and electronics. CO₂ lasers are used for cutting and engraving wood, acrylic, leather, rubber, paper and cardboard.
How long does it take to get a quote and complete an order?
We respond to inquiries with a detailed quote within 24 hours at the latest. Once the order is confirmed, production and delivery follow on the agreed schedule.
Do you make a free sample before confirming an order?
Yes, before confirming a larger order we can produce a free sample so you can check the quality of the engraving or cutting on your material.
Do you also work with industrial clients on larger volumes?
Yes, we work with industrial manufacturing, the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, medical, electronics, tooling, advertising and promotional/gift clients – from single pieces to series industrial production.
Can I ship items to you by post if I'm not local to Ljubljana?
Yes, you can send items to us by post or courier (Slovenian Post, DHL, GLS, FedEx and others) to our address. Once processing is complete, we ship the items back to you the same way.
